Core Strengthening Classes: Hands on class + DVD!
Learn how to:
- Properly strengthen your abdominal muscles without straining your neck
- Strengthen your upper and lower back muscles with key exercises you only need to do 2-3 times per week to get results
- Tone your body at the same time
- Keep your core body muscles strong to prevent future back pain
- This is a special offering only to Dr. Hutchens’ patients.
- Cost is $30 per person per class.
(Includes Dr. Hutchens' Core Strengthening DVD) - Bring your own yoga/pilates mat. Wear comfortable clothes.
- Each class is a stand alone class. This is not a series. But you may want to take it more than once to master the moves and to make sure you are doing the exercises properly with good form
- Subsequent classes after the initial class are $20 for the class only.
- Pre-registering is recommended: Classes are limited to 5 people per class.
- Each class is approximately 60 minutes. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early!
- Payment is required upon registering. (This can be completed at your next appointment; over the phone with credit card; or mailed in.)
