Autumn is the perfect time to start building your back and abdominal strength and getting in shape, not just for your favorite winter sports, but for all of your other activities, too!

Dr. Hutchens has the perfect solution!

On specially selected Saturdays through the fall season, Dr. Hutchens will be offering to her patients "Core Strengthening Classes" at her office.

Learn how to:

  • Properly strengthen your abdominal muscles without straining your neck
  • Strengthen your upper and lower back muscles with key exercises you only need to do 2-3 times per week to get results
  • Tone your body at the same time
  • Keep your core body muscles strong to prevent future back pain

Classes are offered on the following Saturdays:

  • September 8th at 12 noon
  • September 22 at 10 a.m.
  • October 6th at 12 noon
  • October 20th at 10 a.m.
  • November 10th at 10 a.m.

Class Information:

  • This is a special offering only to Dr. Hutchens' patients. (It's easy to become a patient if your friend or family member is not!)
  • Bring your own yoga/pilates mat. Wear comfortable clothes.
  • Each class is a stand alone class. This is not a series. But you may want to take it more than once to master the moves and to make sure you are doing the exercises properly with good form.
  • Pre-registering is recommended: Classes are limited to 5 people per class.
  • Each class is approximately 50 minutes. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early!
  • Cost is $20 per person per class.
  • Payment is required upon registering. (This can be completed at your next appointment; over the phone with credit card; or mailed in.)
  • Cancellations or rescheduling need to be completed by the Thursday before the Saturday class. Otherwise you may forfeit the registration fee.
